Where I got it: I got this little pottle from the Lush Blogger event but I have also tried this lovely mask before. They retail for $18.90 for 75g.
What I got: This is a pot of Cupcake fresh mask from LUSH and this special mixture is made by some of us bloggers in Auckland at the LUSH Blogger event! This mask contains talc, cocoa powder, glycerine, Sandalwood oil, spearmint oil, etc. This mask is great for oily teenage skin. It helps to remove excess oil and calm breakouts.
Above: This fresh mask looks like chocolate (or something else if you wish), and there’s me resisting the urge to lick it off my face!
How I find it: This mask smells like chocolate with a bit of a kick to it. It is rather thick so I apply over the sink. The mask contains no preservatives so keep it in a dry and cool area and try to use it within 2-3 week (it is freshly made and delivered to Lush stores Nationwide every Thursday (?)) After cleansing, I smear this generously over my face and leave it for about 10 mins. The mask doesn’t dry on your face to the point that you can’t talk without your face cracking, but it gets dry to the touch and rinse off is easy (just need to make sure you clean the sink so you don’t attract ants).
Overall: This mask is really a pleasure to use. After washing off, it does make my face feel cleaner, but I can be messy over the sink.
Purchase? I will probably get this so sin, but I would like to try more of other types first!
