Where I got this: I was sent this for review, but these are available from your local supermarkets, farmers, kmart, etc. for $5.99.
What I got: This is the Neutrogena lip balm from the Natural range. The lip balm contains vitamin E which nourishes and soothes the lips. The lip balm does not contain any preservatives.
How I find it: The packaging of the lip balm is very simple which really matches the ‘naturals’ theme of the product. The semi-transparent twist-up tube is quite common, it’s easy and convenient to use without the need to get your fingers into the product. The moisturising effect of the lip balm is average, but I love the smell. It smells like my mint EOS lip balm! It doesn’t leave a taste on your lips which is a very good thing. Sometimes a strawberrry scented lip balm is great when you sniff it, but on your lips with a sweet, plastic taste..that’s a bit.. ew.
Overall: Pretty average lip balm that moisturises, but if you have severe dry lips, I recommend giving it a good scrub, then apply lip balm and reapply often. Don’t leave until your lips are peeling to apply lip balm… its not gonna help.
