Cool off with refreshing chilled teas from Red Seal

I am a a tea-drinker and my favourite would be green tea – whether it is a Koicha (Japanese thick green tea), Matcha (Japanese green tea), loose leaf or tea bags. I love the refreshing taste of green tea and they way they can be mixed with other flavours easily. Green tea is naturally high in antioxidants and low in caffine (great for pregnant women when you want to enjoy a cup during the day). Green tea is mild in taste and does not stain your teeth as much as coffee and black tea.

As much as I enjoy a cuppa hot tea in the morning at work, I also enjoy a pitcher of iced tea during the weekend when I am doing chores or simply hanging out with my dog. Here are some recipes for a lovely refreshing iced green tea you can try at home. Otherwise, just have it on their own, they are just as good! Enjoy!
