What I got: This is a 30ml tube of Wild Rose Smoothing Masque from Weleda. Smoothing intensive masque for skin that needs extra hydration and nourishment to counteract the first signs of ageing. Contains high quality cold-pressed wild rose seed oil and peach kernel oil that strengthen the skin’s natural protective barrier and give the skin extra nourishment. Mallow extract also soothes the skin whilst improving the skin’s renewal process. The skin is soft, rehydrated and vitalised. Fine lines are reduced and the surface of the skin looks clearer and more even.
Weleda Wild Rose Smoothing Masque
How I find it: After cleansing my face, I apply a thin layer to my face and neck, avoiding the eye and lip areas. Leave on for 15-20 minutes. I then remove the mask with a moistened cotton pad and then rinse with lukewarm water. Recommended use 1-2 times each week.
Overall: This mask is quite thick and moisturising, probably not very suitable for oily/combination skin. After washing off, I do find that my skin is a little greasy and a film covers my skin – not a feeling that I like. I would suggest this mask for someone with dry skin or mature skin that needs intensive moisturising.
