Royal Skin skincare samples
What I got: I got 3 sample packets of each of the following: Gentle Cleanser, Brightening Exfoliator, Firming Eye Serum, Daily Radiance Moisturiser, Nourishing Hand Cream and Hydrating Body Lotion. I was also give a full sized Royals Lips lip balm and a bottle of Natural Whitening Cream.
How I find it:
Gentle Cleanser 150ml $25.00: 98.8% natural. A silky cleanser uniquely blended with NZ Royal Jelly and Active 15+ Manuka honey to gently cleanse your skin, and remove makeup without drying or irritating your skin. This gentle natural formulation uses Active Manuka Honey to cleanse and renew the skin, combined with NZ Royal Jelly to promote a healthy natural glow of younger looking skin. Your skin is left soft, refreshed and hydrated. After removing makeup with cleansing oil. I slightly wet my face and hands and squeeze about a 10 cent piece of this cleanser on my palms. Then I massage the cleanser with fingertips for about 20 seconds then rinse off.
Brightenging Exfoliator 150ml $25.00: 99% natural. A silky cleanser uniquely blended with NZ Royal Jelly and Active 15+ Manuka honey to gently cleanse your skin, and remove makeup without drying or irritating your skin. This gentle natural formulation uses Active Manuka Honey to cleanse and renew the skin, combined with NZ Royal Jelly to promote a healthy natural glow of younger looking skin. Your skin is left soft, refreshed and hydrated. After cleansing, with my skin still damp, I use about half a 10 cent coin of this exfoliator and gently massage with fingertips all over my face except for the eye area. This granules in the exfoliator is a little coarse, but the base of the exfoliator is creamy so make sure you massage gently. I like how when this exfoliator is washed off, my skin is left smooth and moisturized, not red and scrubbed.
Firming Eye Serum 30ml $30.00: 97.6% natural. Our unique silky, intensive serum combines NZ Royal Jelly and Active 15+ Manuka honey to enrich and firm the delicate skin around your eyes. The concentrated natural formula provides proteins and nutrients for the skin, preventing the visible signs of aging and fine lines transforming your skins texture leaving your skin radiant. I use a tiny little bit – about half a pea size of this eye serum on my eye area. This serum is more like a eye cream texture, it is not too rich but it is on the moisturising side so I avoid using too much.
Daily Moisturiser with Sunscreen 50ml $25.00: 63.8% natural. A unique, daily face moisturiser with a natural sunscreen combines NZ Royal Jelly and Active 15+ Manuka honey to enhance your skins natural hydration. Active Manuka honey acts as a natural healer to help repair and rebuild your skin, whilst the extraordinary collagen boosting power of NZ Royal Jelly softens and regenerates your skin. Perfect as a base for makeup this light moisturiser will provide essential hydration while protecting your skin. I use about half a 10 cent coin of this moisturiser in the morning all over the face. This moisturiser has a slight scent that is quite pleasant – smells sweet. Doesn’t feel sticky on the skin and no greasy feeling. If I am planning to be outdoors for a long time, I will apply an extra sunscreen that is SPF30 or over.
Nourishing Hand Cream 75ml $15.00: 96.2% natural. Our uniquely creamy Hand Cream combines NZ Royal Jelly and Active 15+ Manuka honey to help repair and nourish your hands. The non greasy, easily absorbed formulation combines natural oils and nutrients to seal in moisture and soften, leaving your hands deeply moisturised all day. Your skin will feel loved and enhanced by our natural fragrance that combines sweet floral notes of Violet and Mimosa, crisp Pear and summer Peaches with a creamy base of Vanilla and woody hints of Sandal & Cedarwood. This hand cream is long lasting, really moisturising and non greasy. A little goes a long way.
Hydrating Body Lotion 250ml $25.00: 95.2% natural. A unique, creamy and intensive Body Moisturiser that combines NZ Royal Jelly and Active 15+ Manuka honey to help repair and firm your skin, leaving your skin smooth and hydrated. Packed with natural oils and nutrients to quench your skins thirst whilst sealing in moisture and leaving it deeply hydrated. Your skin will feel loved, beautifully fresh, and enhanced by our natural fragrance that combines sweet floral notes of Violet and Mimosa, crisp Pear and summer Peaches with a creamy base of Vanilla and woody hints of Sandal & Cedarwood. This smells the same as the hand cream and it is also very moisturising. I use this all over my body focusing the dry areas such as knees, elbows and ankles.
Royals Lips lip balm $7.00: 99.7% natural. A natural Lip Balm that softens and smoothes your lips, leaving them moisturised and kissable. Combining NZ Royal Jelly and Active 15+ Manuka honey with beeswax, almond Oil, Cocoa Butter and Carrot root extract to give your lips a healthy dose of antioxidants and natural moisture. This lip balm is really soft and melty on the lips and it doesn’t just stay on top of my lips, it moisturises and protects.

Natural Whitening Cream 30ml $30.00: 86.6% natural. Our unique, natural whitening cream combines NZ Royal Jelly and Active 15+ Manuka honey to enrich and repair your skin. The concentrated natural formula uses Cherry Blossom, combined with Prune Extract to gently whiten skin and help with dark circles and spots while helping prevent the visable signs of aging, leaving your skin radiant and replenished. This whitening cream smells like cherry blossom and it is moisturising yet not too thick. This can be applied to the eye area as well. You can use this day and night as it contains no SPF.
Natural Whitening Cream
Overall: The range from Royal Skin is really good quality skincare products. My favourite would be be Brightening exfoliator, daily moisturiser and the natural whitening cream. I would say the scent of the skincare range smells pretty good, like honey! I have had no skin allergies or breakouts from these skincare but the whitening effects of the whitening cream will need a much longer and persistent use.
