What I got: This is Benefit’s latest product – They’re Real Eye Makeup Remover. This is specifically designed to remove waterproof and extra stubborn eye makeup like They’re Real Mascara and They’re Real Push-up Liner. This comes in 50ml and it is in a cream form as you can see in the images below.

How I find it: After trying out the Push-up Liner on the back of my hands, I used the makeup remover to remove the liner. With a bit of massaging, the eyeliner came right off – see how pigmented the eyeliner is? Then I just rinse off. With removing makeup on the eyes (mascara, eye shadow and eyeliner). I put some on a cotton pad and directly put that onto my eye area, spread it out a little then gently massage the cream all over the eye area, lashes and brow area. You will start to see the black pigment fading around the eye area. The cream feels really gentle and you don’t need to pull or tug at the delicate eye area. After all my eye makeup is removed, I go in with a new cotton pad with my Bioderma cleansing water to clean off the residue and my eye area is completely cleaned up! I am very impressed!

Overall: Great eye makeup remover for waterproof eye makeup, I really needed something like this! If you have been using They’re Real mascara or any of L’Oreal’s waterproof mascara, you will understand how difficult it is to remove them – no cleansing water will remove them, two-phase eye makeup removers will remove probably 85% after much rubbing and sometimes I just don’t want cleansing oil getting into my eyes. This is a life-saver and I am saving it just to remove waterproof mascara and stubborn eye liners. Definitely a great product!
