What I got: This is a 500ml Savar Energising Body Wash. This beautiful limited edition body wash is made in New Zealand, it is 99% natural and wonderful for both men and women, this multi-tasking body wash also makes a fabulous shaving gel and can be used as a natural shampoo! With sugar and lemon balm – two elements traditionally associated with things delicious – are the body wash’s headlining ingredients. Lemon balm, used as far back as the Middle Ages to reduce stress also helps to calm and refresh the skin. Zingy, but soothing, it stimulates the senses and acts as a gentle pick-me-up, making it a perfect addition to a body wash. Organic cane sugar, assists in increasing the skin’s moisture content, helping to relieve any dryness and it is soap free, 100% biodegradable and non-drying. Savar’s energising safe and gentle body wash is great for all skin types – including sensitive – and is a balm to even the driest skin, leaving it feeling soft, smooth and invigorated.

How I find it: This body wash comes in glass bottle with a pump. The body wash has a slightly murky yellow tinge to it. It lathers up quite nicely with or without a sponge. Washes off easily without much work to get it off. Doesn’t over-dry my skin, rather leaving it clean and soft. I do follow up with a moisturiser during winter time!
Overall: The body wash smells really refreshing of lemon! It leaves the skin feeling fresh and awakens my senses. It would be great to use it if you shower in the morning to wake you up. I can imagine me using this a lot when it is summer time!
