What I got: This is a sample sized tube of Origins Modern Friction exfoliator. Skin-refining Rice Starch, cushioned in cream, shows real affinity for rapidly removing sluggish cells, uneven patches and signs of skin damage and discolorations. Lemon Oil kick starts the process of illumination. Another age-sweeping action: skin-menacing molecules are mopped up. All while Aloe keeps skin calm and comfy. There’s no ouch, extra steps or other complications. No redness or flaking follows. The before-and-afters are amazing. Signs of fine lines and size of pores appear to shrink in size. Skin looks perfectly polished, smooth and luminous. And the perk-me-up aromas of Bergamot and Peppermint help you look on the bright side.

How I find it: This exfoliator is super gentle! The creamy consistency of the base with the soft exfoliating particles gently gets rid of dead skin cells without scrubbing. After cleansing, with my skin still damp, I massage this all over my face with fingertips in a gentle circular motion focusing on my nose area which I have blackheads. Then wash off and pat dry.

Overall: This exfoliator is suitable for all skin types even sensitive skin. It can however be too gentle for some people who enjoy a decent exfoliating scrub, therefore I wouldn’t really say this gives me a super smooth finish on the skin. But this surely doesn’t make my skin red! I probably won’t buy this in full size because I prefer either a good exfoliating scrub or a chemical scrub… something like AHA or BHA products or a peeling gel.
