Where I got it: I got this as part of a 5-piece online bonus pack when I bought the Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm. The 5-piece bonus pack also contains a Moisture Surge Extended Thirst Relief mini, Deep Comfort Hand and Cuticle Cream mini and a Different Lipstick.
What I got: This is a tube of Clinique Lash Doubling Mascara. Magnifies lashes to twice their size, thickens them to maximum volume in minimum time. Unique tapered brush finds every lash. Ophthalmologist tested
How I find it: As usual, I curl my lashes then apply 2 coats of this mascara. The formula is pretty thin and with my soft short lashes, the mascara is a bit hard to apply. The finish is natural and soft lashes. At 2 coats, it did not clump but I can see that it will get spidery with more coats. Doesn’t really hold a curl and seems to make my lashes droop because it is a little heavy.
Overall: The brush is not too big, and quite ordinary. The formula is not too wet or too dry, it’s just right! It applies slowly as the tube leaves just the right amount of product on the brush without leaving a mess on my eyelids. The lashes are lengthened and a little on the hard side. It separates and defines each lash.
