Where I got it: I was contacted by Lust have it! for a box to review. Lust have it is a subscription box service providing beauty samples. For $19.90 each month, you will receive 5-6 deluxe sample sized beauty products where one of them will be a full sized.
What I got: This is the Lust have it! July box, or should I say bag because the month it came in a cosmetic pouch instead of a box. The products came in this pretty bright pink mesh makeup bag with gold zipper. There is a Designer Brand mascara, La Roche Posay Effacla Duo, Marsk loose eyeshadow, and Happy skincare Pig In Mud mask sample sachet.

What’s in it: One of the full sized product in this July box is the Ardell Self-adhesive false lash which for me is not very impressive as I am not a bit false lash kinda gal. The other full sized item is the Designer Brand Outrageous Volume Mascara which I actually quite like! It doesn’t seem to be waterproof but I wore it the entire day and it did not smudge or melt. The formula makes it easy to apply and separates my lashes and builds subtle volume without getting too clumpy or spidery. Another full sized item is the Marsk loose eyeshadow in Rich List. The vibrant gold pigment can be quite versatile – as an eye shadow or dab on the lips to change up a lippy colour. As for the La Roche Posay Effacla Duo, I have been wanting to try this! If it turns out good, I might get it online. The Happy Skincare Pin In Mud masks came with a mask brush but it wasn’t so appealing to me. The mask is formulated to detox, tone, revitalize, remove blackheads, reduce pores and smooth rough skin.

Overall: The brands in this ‘box’ are quite interesting. There are 2 out of 5 brands I have not heard of (Happy and Marsk) and there are 3 out of 5 products are full sized. I noticed from other people’s reviews, everyone seems to get different products in their boxes and most of the time, each box will have more than 1 full sized item and the value is always over and above the cost of each box. So you get value for money! However, I am not too excited about the products in this box mainly as I am more interested in skincare than makeup.
