How I find it:
Fresh Foamy Cleanser ($15 for ) Removes excess sebum, clogged pores and excess dead skin cells, leaving a fresh and comfortable finish. This cleanser has a very creamy texture that lathers up into a rich foam. With gentle blue exfoliating granules, this cleanser removes any remaining dirt and makeup on the skin and leaving it feeling fresh and clean. No particular fragrance in this cleanser.
Fresh Foamy Cleanser
Moist Lucent Toner ($20 for ) For clarified radiance and glow. Contains Amino Acid Complex & Hyaluronic Acid and Vitamin B. This toner has a water-like consistency. Either applied with a cotton pad or pat onto my face with my palms. Slight fresh fragrance and does not leave a sticky film on the skin. Removes remaining dead skin cells on the skin and balances pH levels, getting the skin ready for moisturiser. However, I do smell a little bit of alcohol in this toner therefore if you are sensitive to alcohol, you may like to stay away.
Moist Lucent Toner
Amino Mineral Refreshing Gel ($29 for ) Refreshing gel cream moisturises instantly for a dewy glow. Fortifies skin’s protective barrier and replenishes skin with Amino Mineral Complex. This refreshing gel has quite a fluid consistency and you have to be careful when you squeeze it out of the tube – it will flow out easily! This is surprisingly fresh and hydrating! It hydrates the skin leaving it soft and smooth to the touch – no stickiness or greasiness. From previous experience, most gel-textured, fresh-feeling moisturisers only provides momentary hydration to the skin – when applied, skin feels hydrated but once it is “absorbed” skin feels dry and tight. This gel moisturiser does not have this issue! It hydrates instantly and throughout the day/night!
Amino Mineral Refreshing Gel
Overall: This hydration set is great! The luxurious lather from the cleanser reminds me of many Shiseido cleansers in terms of the texture and how it lathers – it is absolutely lovely and it cleanses my skin very well! Love the refreshing gel moisturiser because it truly provides lasting hydration without feeling sticky instead of giving momentary hydration and dries out the skin within 10 minutes. The toner however was average – it does remove any remaining residue, but nothing too amazing as with a lot of toners out there. Maybe I’m not a toner person? Anyway, these sets are great as Christmas gifts – for mum, sisters, friends! Great value for money.
