Where I got it: I got this from Missha store in Auckland a long time ago, therefore I have forgotten how much it is and I’m not even sure if they sell this anymore as they like to redesign packaging and formulas, etc.
What I got: This is Missha’s All Round Safe Block Water-in Sun sunscreen with SPF33/PA++. It is oil-free and has a really fluid texture.
How I find it: I use a sunscreen everyday regardless if I am indoors or just at home and if I am not using a moisturiser or foundation with sunscreen, I use a separate one like this. The image shown below is half of what I would apply for the entire face. The sunscreen has a slight white cast therefore I need to massage it thoroughly to make sure no white streaks are shown.
Overall: As you can see from the above image, after being spreaded out, the sunscreen leaves a glowing finish instead of a matte finish which makes me look and feel a little greasy/sticky. The texture looks quite fluid out of the bottle, but once applied onto the face, it does feel a little thick. Even though it claims to be oil-free, it feels a little tacky on the skin and I would apply a loose powder of a mattifying powder on top to avoid that feeling. I make sure I remove the sunscreen at night like I would if I am wearing foundation. Not the best sunscreen I have tried to be honest. I prefer Shiseido’s sunscreen anytime (blue/green bottle), it has an amazing light texture and goes onto the skin smoothly and leaves a soft, natural matte finish!
