Where I got it: I bought this from Baby Factory for $13.95. It is also available from Farmers, Baby City, etc. I have been to the other 2 places and Baby Factory is the cheapest.
What I got: This is a tube of Mustela Hydra Bébé Facial Cream. Daily facial moisturizer for the delicate skin of babies and children and can be used from birth on. Provides long-lasting hydration with a combination of sweet almond oil, jojoba oil and effectively restores the hydrolipidic film. Shea butter helps to soften, soothe and nourish — leaving skin supple and silky-smooth. Its delicate and light texture is easy to apply. Composed of 97% of ingredients of natural origin and formulated with Avocado Perseose, a natural patented active ingredient which reinforces the skin barrier and preserves the skin’s cellular resources. Paraben, phthalate and phenoxyethanol free. Hypoallergenic and specially formulated to minimize the risk of allergic reactions. Tested under dermatological and pediatric control.

How I find it: I got this cream because my little one was having rather dry skin on his face. He has been using Mustela’s body wash, bubble bath, massage oil and barrier cream so I assumed that he won’t have any allergic reactions. First impression, the cream smells nice, exactly like the massage oil. It is not too thick and applies easily. I tried it on my own face and I think it is a bit too light for my skin. After a short time my face felt a little dry.
Overall: Love the scent but it is too strong. Little Asher is not sensitive to fragrance so his skin is ok so far. However he has recently got a bit of eczema on his cheeks so I have been using something else specific to treat it instead of using this. This should be a good overall moisturiser for baby’s skin as it is not too oily or greasy. But turn down the fragrance please.
