How I find it: The recommended time to take these is at night time before bed and the dosage is between 1-3 capsules. These capsules are rather large therefore I have to take it with plenty of water. I have opted to take 2 daily just before bed and so far, there’s no foul taste or weird smell.

Overall: Since I have stopped breastfeeding, I can now take this safely. These health supplements do take a while to show effects. Probably not from the first bottle and needs to be continuously taken to have full benefits. At this rate, 60 capsules will last me a month.
