I was invited to the launch of a new skincare brand called Goodness Natural Beauty Lab at the Thievery Studio in K road last week thanks to barepr. I don’t have time for much events now that I have a LO to take care of, but this one being after hours and I needed to take a much deserved time out I accepted the invitation and came along (even though missing my little man hugely). It was great to see some fellow bloggers that I haven’t seen for such a long time!

Goodness Natural Beauty Lab is a new skincare brand on the market using the main hero ingredient Chia Seed Oil. It is pretty much the first I have seen to use Chia See Oil, you would usually see Rosehip Oil, Tea Tree Oil, Manuka Oil and Argan Oil for skincare. Chia Seeds are a great source of Omega 3 and Omega 6 oils and it is nature’s best ingredients for inflammation – inside and outside. Chia has the perfect 3:1 ratio of omega 3 to omega 6 essential fatty acids.

Goodness Natural Beauty Lab’s Chia Seeds are grown organically from all over Central America. It takes 1kg of chia seeds to produce 250ml of chia seed oil. They are certified organic by Biogro. All of their products contain this Hero ingredient!

We were each given a bottle of the Certified Organic Chia Seed Oil to take home (I will review this in a few weeks).
