Goodness Certified Organic Chia Seed Oil
How I find it: Comes in a little bottle with a dropper to give you precise drops so it won’t create a big mess. I would apply this at night after my serum (I use about 2-3 drops only and pat on my face). For my skin type (combination oily prone to blackheads and breakouts), I wouldn’t apply a moisturiser on top of this because this is moisturising enough.
Goodness Certified Organic Chia Seed Oil
Overall: This oil feels luxurious and thick on contact, but it is easy to smooth out. There is a very slight hint of nutty smell (similar to Rosehip oil) but it is much lighter on the nose compared to the traditional Rosehip oil, Tea Tree oil and Manuka Oil. The clear oil takes a little time to absorb on my skin and I find it great when I combine this with massaging. Even though it doesn’t claim to provide specific benefits to the skin (i.e. increase elasticity, moisture, repair, etc.), Omgega 3 and 6 is known is essential fatty acids for our body. Main benefit of Omega 3 oil is that it reduces inflammatory on the skin and protects it from damage. It also provides moisture and oil balance to the skin.

Great post! I wasn’t too sure about this product, it didn’t seem as moisturizing as I was hoping it to be 🙁 but i am completely in love with the other products that have chia seed oil in them!! the night cream in particular is deliciously luscious <3 <3
