Where I got it: I bought this from the YSL counter in Farmers Botany. These are RRP $61.00. I had a $20 voucher to use and I bought this on a double points day. Sweet! Still the most expensive lip product I bought EVER.

What I got: This is YSL’s latest product called Volupté Tint-In-Oil. It comes in 8 colours, the shade I got is #1 Drive Me Copper. Drive Me Copper is a shimmery orange copper shade. A revolutionary lip color with a lip tint suspended in a deep conditioning oil. Coat your lips with this lip tint for a lightweight texture that instantly melts onto lips. It is infused with a blend of four essential oils for deep hydration: apricot kernel oil, coriander fruit oil, jojoba seed oil, and possiflora edulis seed oil. Its exclusive applicator envelops the lips in full color and allows for a precise and uniform application. How I find it: I love how I can apply this in so many ways because it is so moisturising and light. I can use it on its own even without a lip balm, or on top of a lipstick. It gives my lip colour that hint of shimmer and a slick of gloss that is not sticky and not overpowering.

Overall: Despite the cost, this lip gloss is great. I love it! The shade is really pretty while it probably doesn’t look too much on the back of the hand, it does give a subtle shimmery effect with high gloss. It is lightweight on the lips and is not sticky at all. Lasts for a long time if you don’t wipe, eat or drink. It has a light watermelon scent to it and I really like it. More popular shades are on the red and pink shades, but they were sold out when I got to the counter. :< Will swatch them when I see them!
