What I got: This is a tube of Manuka Doctor ApiClear Purifying Facial Peel. This is a versatile facial peel designed to improve the firmness of the skin, reduce fine lines and refine texture. How I find it: After cleansing, I thoroughly dry my skin and apply an even layer of this mask all over my face avoiding the eye area and my brows. It doesn’t work if the mask is too thin but it will also take much longer if it is too thick, but you’ll get the hang of it. While it’s drying, I did feel a slight tingling sensation, but it’s not irritation. The skin feels a little tight, but still flexible just like the mask once its dried. After it has dried, start peeling the mask off from the chin upwards. Then remove any residue by washing or like me, I use a damp cotton pad to remove it. Then I follow with my usual toner, serum and moisturiser.

Overall: I honestly haven’t used a peel off mask for such a long time I have forgotten how convenient it is! This peel off mask is really good quality, when it peels off it doesn’t tear and rip easily. It reveals smoother skin and clearer skin as well. It doesn’t remove blackheads therefore the peeling action is not as harsh as you think. It’s not like putting a pore strip on your face. I try to use this twice a week and I have been enjoying this because I don’t need to rinse my face with water afterwards. Definitely would keep using this!
