Where I got it: I got this from the Fancl store in Hong Kong while I was over there for a holiday. It would’ve been much cheaper to get them while I was in Japan, but I didn’t and my hubby was complaining that I paid more than I needed to. I forgot how much the pack was, but it is sold on Yestyle.com for USD$64.90.

Fancl Beauty Facial Treatment – Hydrating
How I find it: After cleansing and toning, I snap open one of the tubes and squeeze all the contents out onto my palms. Then I apply the product all over my face in a rather thick layer. It is supposed to be applied in a thick layer as shown on the picture below. Then I massage my skin for about a minute and left it to work for 3-4 minutes before rinsing it off. Then I follow with my usual skincare which is my Kiehl’s Iris Extract Activating Treatment Essence, then a serum and a night cream.

Overall: I really like how Fancl focuses on no preservatives in their products therefore the packaging is designed to be small and one-off. The texture of this treatment is like putting yoghurt on your face. It is super gentle and after washing off, my face feels supple and plump. The formulation is oil-free so it is not greasy at all and washes off cleanly without leaving any residue of slippery feeling on the skin. No fragrance to all Fancl products so people with sensitive skin will be safe to use. The consultant at the Fancl store recommended that I use this everyday for an intensive treatment, then after that twice a week to my skin in tip-top condition. However, this treatment set is rather expensive and as it is not available in New Zealand, I don’t want to buy a whole lot and they will expire.
