Where I got it: I bought this at the Hong Kong International Airport duty free. We were shopping up a storm right before we left and they always have special packs and offers at the duty free store. However, they do not give out samples at the airport. So if you are a sample sort of person, buy it at the counters / flagship stores. Anyway, I got for how much they were but they are RRP $ in New Zealand Estée Lauder counters.
What I got: This is a tube of Estée Lauder Perfectly Clean Foaming Cleanser/Purifying Mask. The creamy formula rapidly lathers into a rich foaming cleanser that gently removes makeup and other impurities without drying. Unclogs pores. Leaves skin healthy, fresh and luminous. Use it 2 ways: Morning and night as a daily cleanser to purify skin. Or twice a week as a 3-minute purifying mask. Works for all skintypes. Ideal for Normal/Combination Skin.
Estée Lauder Perfectly Clean Foaming Cleanser/Purifying Mask
How I find it: I like using this as a cleanser. I wet my face and squeeze about 1cm of the creamy cleanser onto my hands and lather it up between my palms. Then I massage it all over my skin. The creamy lather feels smooth on my skin and never tugging. Wash of with water. I use this as a mask less often, but when I do, I make sure my face is dry after cleansing, then I apply a even thin layer over my face and leave it on for 3 minutes. Then I wash it off.
Overall: I love this as a cleanser as a little goes a long way and it cleanses my skin effortlessly and effectively. It has a pleasant scent that is not overwhelming and the texture is creamy and easily washes off. I hardly use this as a mask because I have so many masks anyway, but as a mask, this doesn’t dry up like your usual clay mask as such, but more like you left your foaming cleanser or cream cleanser on your face type of dry. Washing off is a little harder as a mask because it is like washing off a thicker layer of cleanser on your skin. Overall, a good cleanser, but I am not over the moon about it as I can definitely find something more affordable that could do the same thing so I probably won’t purchase this again.
