Where I got it: I got this from eBay for approx NZD$28.00. It appears that these are only available in Asia countries like Hong Kong, Thailand, etc. but not available in New Zealand or Australia at all.

How I find it: This BB oil is very fluid and runny – like a facial oil, but also quite pigmented. A little goes a long way and it feels so comfortable on the skin. I have combination oily skin, but it can get a bit dry and tight during winter and especially in air-conditioned spaces (we have the heat on where I work). So I needed something hydrating and moisturising for the day. I don’t need to use a primer, I just use a few drops of this BB oil onto my fingers and spread it on. I blend it with my fingertips and I’m done with base makeup! I don’t like wearing full coverage makeup to work so I usually wear a BB cream or a serum foundation with mascara and a bit of highlighter.

This BB oil gives a nice healthy and natural looking glow that doesn’t make me look oily or greasy. The texture is lightweight and fresh to the touch so it’s never sticky or greasy. I prefer not to set this with a powder, but with a setting spray to keep that glow on the skin. If I were to go for a long-wearing, matte look, I would use a different BB cream or foundation. As you can see this is a sheer coverage BB oil.

Overall: Unexpectedly I really like this BB oil. It was unexpected because I was a little worried that the oil-serum formula will be too greasy on my skin. However, that was not the case at all! First time I tried this on my face, somehow I forgot to use a moisturiser, but I figured that with the oil-serum BB formula, I can use this as skincare anyway without making my skin feel dry and tight. It turned out my skin felt really comfortable and it did not look greasy or sticky, but it leaves a nice glow to the skin – like I have healthy moisturised skin. I love this BB oil and will continue using it.
