If you have not done any Christmas shopping yet, IT IS TIME to do it! There are heaps of brands out here doing all sorts of gift boxes, bundles, offers, you name it. Clarins have yet again bring out so many different gifting options – makeup, skincare, body care, perfume and even for men! They are great for value, come in a very presentable box and a very festive-looking cosmetics pouch.
I personally picked up two boxes as Life Pharmacy was doing a 15% off VIP event as well as a free gift when you spend over $150! I cannot let this offer slip through my fingers!
The first set I’ve got is “The Hydra-Essential Collection” which has a full sized (50ml) day cream from the Hydra-essential range, a travel size (15ml) Gentle Refiner (exfoliator) and a travel size (15ml) of their (not yet launched in NZ) “SOS Hydra Mask. I have tried their hydra-essential range before from samples and I just love their mask and their bi-phase serum. They recently repackaged the range and just made it look even more appealing. Their hydrating cream mask is amazing and I already love it. Their SOS mask range is new and has yet to be launched in New Zealand, therefore I get to try it before it launches here (don’t know when). This set was $90.
The second set is the “Getaway Essentials” which is curated for like a weekend away so you have a whole range of skincare products. There is a full-size Hand and Nail Treatment Cream, a deluxe travel size Beauty Flash Balm (one of their best selling multi-purpose product), a deluxe travel size One-step Gentle Exfoliating Cleanser, a travel size Moisture-rich Body Lotion, a travel size Eye Contour Gel and a travel size Hydra-essential moisturiser. So you are covered with a cleanser that is also an exfoliator, a moisturiser, eye gel, hand cream, body cream and a multi-purpose cream that can be used as a mask, primer or an overall brightening, tightening balm.
This set contains my favourite hand cream, I also love their body lotion as well as the Hydra-essential moisturiser. This is my first time trying the Beauty Flash balm so it’s nice to have one in there, and the eye gel is great for summer time as well. This set is $105.
All in all, you get really good value for money in all of Clarin’s gift packs whether it is for yourself, a gift for someone, a stock-up on travel-sized products, a try before you commit to the full-sized products, etc. You can always buy a pack and mix and match your own gift set and place it back into the beautiful toiletry bag!
