Where I got it: I have been struggling to find a good liquid eyeliner that does not transfer or smudge for a long time and recently I have heard really good reviews of this waterproof eyeliner from Stila so I searched online to see where I can order this. So I got this from Mecca NZ for $34.00.

How I find it: The black slim packaging is nothing out of the ordinary and the felt-tip applicator is what I really like. I find that this type of felt-tip gives me good precision and control. The firmness and flexibility of this tip are pretty much perfect. It has amazing pigmentation and the flow of the pigment does not skip. It is indeed intense black and has a semi-gloss finish which I quite like. Dries down quick and it doesn’t bleed around my eye area.
Overall: OK, so I have found what appears to be my holy grail liquid eyeliner here. This stuff stays put all day without smudging or transfer. Usually by around the 3rd or 4th hour, I would see some transfer down to the lower lash area, but with this I saw nothing. I also wore this to my sister’s wedding where I am the matron of honor and I was running around outdoors in 26 degrees and like 90% humidity. I was sweating like a dog, I cried and my face got a bit oily. However, my eyeliner held on and stay put (except for a little bit my smudging from my lower lashline from the pencil eyeliner the makeup artist used. Hands down to the best eyeliner for my hooded, oily lids. The pigmentation is awesome and the longevity is superb. Now I can wear eyeliner to work everyday without being conscious about transferring. I will definitely update again on how long this eyeliner pen will last me. I will definitely buy this again, for sure.
