What I got: These are the Lancôme Click & Glow Highlighter Pen. I have the shades 01 Lumineres D’Or, 02 Lumineres D’Or Rose and 03 Lumineres D’Or Rosees. Also comes in 04 Lumineres De Bronze. Lancôme welcomes a new range of liquid highlighters in 4 shades, Click and Glow. These versatile highlighters are easy to apply with their click pen feature and soft flocked tip that applies directly to the face with precision and a gentle velvet feel. Its unique crème-fluid texture provides the softness of a powder for a barely-there shimmer. Builds coverage to the brilliant result you expect from a liquid highlighter. Plus, its custom flock-tipped applicator allows for effortless application directly onto the skin, achieving the most precise highlight, from the cheekbone to the cupid’s bow. This lightweight formula provides a silky, thin veil of luminescent pearls for a smooth, radiant finish. Infused with glycerin (a natural humectant) and vitamin E to ensure that your healthy glow will wear comfortably on the skin.

How I find it: These cute little pens come with a lid to protect the sponge-tip applicator. There is a push-click button at the other end of the pen that you only need 3-4 clicks to start the flow coming and every time you need to use the highlighter, you only need one click at a time. I like to use this after my foundation and before I set my foundation (if I need to). I use one click to bring the product onto the sponge-tip, and then I dot it onto my cheekbones and down the bridge of my nose. I use my fingertips to blend it out and add another click if I wanted to. The formula layers on nicely and you can certainly add more layers if you want a more obvious glow. With a single layer (about 1 click for both cheekbones), you get a really beautiful soft natural glow. Add another layer (another click) on top and you get a more prominent highlight and you can also spread that onto your brow bone or cupid’s bow.

01 Lumineres D’Or is a shimmering warm gold. 02 Lumineres D’Or Rose is a warm rose gold. 03 Lumineres D’Or Rosees is a pearlescent pink and 04 Lumineres De Bronze is a rich amber bronze (not in picture below).

Overall: These are perfect for the on-the-go touch-up. Fits perfectly in the handbag or in the office drawer. I love the applicator but I would not prefer to use the applicator to blend out the highlighter. I probably wouldn’t use this every day because it is quite expensive for the amount of product you get, so I would keep it as a touch-up product or bring it to me on travel. My favourite shade is 01 and 03 because I think shade 02 is a little too dark and bronzey for my skintone. However, all 3 of the shades I tried had the same formula and they are really smooth and glides onto the skin easily without dragging, chunky bits or being streaky.
