What I got: This is a 100ml bottle of the Rimmel Insta Fix & Go 2 in 1 Primer & Setting Spray. The product can be applied underneath makeup to work as a primer or can be applied on top to lock makeup into place for up to 8 hours. Keeping your make up looking fresh all day long without the need for touch-ups. Helps your makeup to look better by soothing & softening your skin with Cucumber Extract.
Rimmel Insta Fix & Go 2 in 1 Primer & Setting Spray
How I find it: This is a primer and setting spray in one so you can use it before and after makeup. It comes in a plastic spray bottle with a clear cap. The product smells like cucumbers, so it has a refreshing scent. The spray nozzle isn’t the best so make sure you use the spray at around 30cm from your face so that the spray is even. I would use a good 3-4 spritz on the face as the primer because if you use too much it will take forever to dry down. Once it does though, the skin feels slightly tacky and you are good to go with applying your usual makeup. Once your makeup is all done, I would pull the bottle as part as you can and spray 3-4 times to get a good even coverage because the spray nozzle would give you droplets of the product randomly.

Overall: I think I prefer to use this as a primer more than a setting spray simply because I like my setting sprays with a fine mist instead of a spray with random droplets. If I use a little bit too much as a primer, I can simply spread it out with my fingertips because I apply foundation. I like how it gets a little tacky on the skin for the foundation to adhere on nicely. I have combination/oily skin so I really do need a good setting spray/primer to keep my makeup in place. I have used this in a number of different ways, as a primer and setting spray, as a primer only and as a setting spray only. I use this as a primer and setting spray on a hot day (22-24 Celsius) and by around the 4th hour, my foundation still looks nice, the only area that is breaking up is around my t-zone like just between my brows, my nose and around my mouth. Around the 8th hour, my foundation was breaking up everywhere including my cheeks and forehead.
