Where I got it: I got this online at Farmers.co.nz while NYX cosmetics was having a big 40% off sale a little while ago. Some Farmers has NYX in stock for a while now and they are not as affordable as I have expected. Anyway this came down to $13.47 from $22.45.

This ultra-fine loose powder comes in two pearly shades and delivers an ethereal look that’s crazy gorgeous. Lightly dust it all over your complexion to set and softly illuminate, or along the highest points of the face like the bridge of the nose, cheekbones or Cupid’s bow to add a touch of radiance here and there.

How I find it: This finishing powder is super finely milled and is super shimmery. The shimmering particles are super find and looks amazing on the skin. I always apply powder highlighter after I set my foundation so I won’t risk dialing down the impact of the highlighter. With a loose powder highlighter, I like to use a fan brush and pick up very little product at a time.
This loose powder can be very versatile. You can use it as eye shadow, highlighter, mix it into foundation for a dewy look, or mix it into your loose setting powder for a soft glow all over the skin.

Overall: Love it. Most of my highlighters ate either cream, liquid or pressed powders. I seldom use any loose powders or pigments as I find them a little intimidating and inconvenient. This one here, well it is not the best to take to travel as it can get really messy, but it is very versatile. You can mix it in with liquid, on its own, mixed with powder, etc. They are also super blendable and buildable as well, so the quality is pretty good. I have already bought another shade which is Mermazing and it’s a “holographic” powder with a pink and blue shift to it. It is absolutely beautiful on the skin because it has a pearl effect instead of a blinding reflective effect. Makes it look like my skin glows in this colour without applying anything on top.
