Fenty Beauty Brow MVP

Where I got it

I recently finished 2 brow pencils and I also have one that is towards the end so I wanted to buy a new one. I do still use my Benefit Goof Proof brow powder (the one that has two shades in a cute little palette). I got this for $37 from Sephora and there are 14 shades in total.

What I got

How I find it

This brow pencil has a medium-hard formula which is able to give really soft feathered strokes that looks super natural. The pencil is really thin so it hardly needs sharpening because you can easily get a fine edge when you start using the pencil.

So I draw fill in my brows and use the paddle brush to brush out the excess and blend everything in. Then I will go in with a brow gel and set everything in.

Overall

I like the hard formula of this brow pencil which can be easily controlled and gives a natural finish. The paddle brush is so cute too, but it was little too stiff so it pretty much scratched off a lot of the product from my brows if I use more pressure.

However, I’m not crazy over it because of how much product I get. This only has 0.07g of product, not even 1g of product and it cost me $37 which is way overpriced. I loved the Shu Uemura Hard Brow Pencil (the one you shave with a knife), and this reminded me of it, except for the retractable component, but the Shu is so much more value for money, even if you shave the pencil often! I will definitely revisit the Shu Uemura pencil but will definitely not repurchase this again.
