This is Mecca’s second beauty loop bonus box of 2019 and it is packaged in holidays packaging. The first one arrived in August and this one arrived in December.
I learned that there are at least 4 different varieties of the loop box contents but they all contain just 2 products. I picked up my box from the Botany Town centre Mecca Maxima just 2 days after I got the email and I received an eye shadow palette and a silicon sponge.

They are both Mecca Max products. The first one is the Eyephoria Eye Palette in Baby Doll.it is a 10-pan eyeshadow palette with a decent sized mirror. This has a mixture of matte and shimmery shades, focusing on rather neutral beige tones with two pinky-coral shades for that pop of soft colour. Their deepest shades are the matte brown and black which is essential for an evening smoky look or a soft eyeliner look.

The next product is the Beauty Bullet Silicone Blender. This is a small foundation sponge made of silicone. It’s not your traditional sponge, but its benefit is that it doesn’t absorb products it’s hygienic and easy to clean. However, having used one of these before, I didn’t really like how it applies my foundation. I would prefer to use my fingers if I don’t use a sponge or foundation brush.

In summary, the products in this bonus box are 50/50 for me. I like the eyeshadow palette but I don’t like the sponge. However, in my case, I already have so many palettes and the shades are not very exciting to me so I will be giving both of these items away to a friend of mine.
