Where I got it
I was sent this from Antipodes as a PR gift to promote their launch. This is the first time Antipodes has launched a product with 100% recyclable packaging. This includes the paper box, and the aluminium lid all could be kerb-side recycled. This is something Antipodes is very proud of and starting to introduce to all of their products in the future. This firming cream is RRP NZD$59, it can be purchased from Farmers, large pharmacies, and Chemist Warehouse. They are also available online.

How I find it
First of all, I have combination skin so I do have oily areas as well as dehydrated areas on my skin. My skin can be dry and dehydrated during winter time, but oily and dehydrated during summer. I used to think I need to deprive my skin of moisture to keep my skin from being too oily, but I notice that my skin got quite dehydrated so I started to choose my moisturisers widely. I used hydrating serums with light weight moisturisers. Nothing too thick and balmy and minimal use of facial oils (maybe once a week).
Initially, I was a little wary that this cream would be quite thick because it looks like the target consumer for this cream is mature skin with concerns of dryness. The medium-thick consistency of this cream glides onto the skin beautifully and I can tell that it will be very soothing and
Overall
This moisturiser is definitely a lovely product for normal to dry skin. If you have mature skin, this would be so comfortable to apply and leaves your skin feeling hydrated, moisturised and soothed. It has a medium/thick texture so you might not love it if your have oily skin. The light scent of this cream is also very pleasant to use and I love using this at night when my skin needed a bit more nourishment overnight. I can definitely see my skin looking plump and moisturised in the morning, but I would avoid using this on a warm, humid day.
I am looking forward to be able to put this entire jar and lid in the recycling bin, or better yet reuse the jar for something else because I love using these glass jars for emptying last bits of products.
