Where I got it
I’ve been a little uninspired to posting anything lately. Not sure why and not sure if I’m going anything to change it, but remembering that I do this for passion and personal memories, I will continue to do this until one day I feel like I don’t want to do it anymore. I love taking pictures of the items (mostly cosmetics and fashion) I buy and record how I find them etc. Anyway, what I wanted to say is that I bought this during Mother’s day period which is in May (it is now July) and I have been enjoying using it ever since.
I have been wanting to try something from the Les Adorables range when they first launch the flat, round jars. I did a quick search on these and it looks like the round jars were released first, and there were 3 products – body cream, shimmering body gel and a body scrub. The second release were the shower gel and this body milk and the hand and nail cream. The second release were generlaly more affordable than the first release and the shower gel and body milk were $122 and $135 respectively. I bought this from the Dior.co.nz website and it came in the beautiful mother’s day special edition box (so gorgeous).

What I got
This is the Dior J’adore Les Adorables Body Milk (200ml). Fresh and enveloping, J’adore Les Adorables Body Milk hydrates the skin and leaves it feeling soft and comfortable.
The formula of this body milk contains 92%* natural-origin ingredients and is infused with jasmine extract. Skin is delicately scented with the floral notes from the J’adore bouquet.
The opalescent white texture of the formula is glimpsed through the translucent bottle, whose curves echo the J’adore pearl. The bottle’s pump system allows you to easily dispense the desired amount of product, in just a few pumps.

How I find it
First of all, the Mother’s Day box is so beautiful! I love the gold with the dusty pink and the floral drawings. It is such a beautiful box to collect and I do collect these boxes when I see one that I like. Inside the box, Dior gives out 2 samples in a little cotton drawstring bag along with a whole bunch of paper ribbons with Dior printed on it as cushioning for the items. The actual box of the body milk is in pristine condition. It is white with gold text. It has cardboard protection inside to keep the bottle from moving around and bumping around.

The body milk comes in a cute round bottle with a pump. The body of the bottle is clear plastic so you can see the product. The pump part is white plastic with a gold-coloured rim. The overall feel of the bottle is very nice. Weighted and elegant. It is plastic but still looks very expensive and very display-able. You need to twist the pump to the centre to unlock and the body milk pumps out perfectly without spitting.
I would say it is more of a thick body milk instead of a fluid milk. I use 2-3 pumps for each leg (entire leg), and another 2 pumps for each arm. I also like to use 2-3 pumps for my torso. Then I like to finish off with one pump for my chest and neck area.

The body milk is very moisturising and hydrating on the skin. The J’adore scent envelopes you immediately without smelling too intense. You can also layer this under your J’adore perfume during the day to prolong the scent throughout the day.
Overall
I am very pleased with this body milk. I love how moisturised my skin feels without feeling sticky and greasy. The J’adore scent is gentle and not in-your-face, but you can smell it. The gorgeous bottle is a beautiful display on the vanity and the product pumps out easily. What else can I say?
