I was sent this for review after purchasing the StyleKorean Anua x Jasmin box earlier in 2024. There was a little leaflet from Anua to claim another free product so I applied for it online and eventually followed their IG influencer account. How I find it
Anua has been so well-know for their soothing toner and cleansing oil (both I have tried and already LOVE), so of course they would launch their first SPF with the heartleaf ingredient AND at SPF50 PA++++ (minimum Korean SPF standard nowadays). The texture and consistency of this sun cream is creamy, yet easy to spread. It feels silky smooth on the skin without feeling thick and sticky. It feels hydrating and moisturising on my combination oily skin even in the summer months. For really hot days, I would skip a moisturiser and just use this.
This also does not leave a white cast at all, it is not a tone-up SPF so you do not need to worry about looking pale while wearing this. There is also minimal to no scent at all, so it is so good for the entire family. Makeup can go on without causing any pilling or any separation.

Overall
I am overall very pleased with this sun cream from Anua. The texture is nice, it applies beautifully without a white cast so I can use a decent amount without worrying that I would look like a ghost. Makeup goes on without any issues and if I am not wearing any makeup during the day, I could just reapply this sunscreen without it feeling sticky or greasy. It is fragrance-free if you do not prefer fragrance in your SPF. My kids would wear these without any complain because there is no white cast and no scent and it does not move around and sting the eyes as the day goes by.
However, this is not a long-wearing, high water-resistant SPF so if you are at the beach, getting in and out of the water, you will need to reapply more often. But if you are just doing normal activities or light sports, etc. this SPF is great for all skin types and all ages.
